Senior Adult Independent Living (SAIL) Program - this program is the umbrella program through which the Area Agency on Aging in Phoenix Arizona provides its case management services to elderly and disabled in the area. As listed on their Website, the services include: Case management, adult day health care, home delivered meals, home health aid, home nursing, personal care, and homemaking and chores.

The City of Jacksonville, Florida has an Independent Living Program where they provide temporary relief for those faced with caring for homebound loved ones.
