Innovative Senior Care
A number of elder-care facilities use the tag line, sales mark or actual business name regarding their approach to "innovative senior care" and below we’ve listed links to several of those organizations. Each organization provides their own level of senior care, elderly care, offerings and approach to providing a degree of care services that benefit the person benefiting from the care as well as the person helping to guide the senior person to such services.
Brookdale Senior Living http://www.brookdaleliving.com/Innovative-senior-care.aspx - they describe on their Website their commitment to Innovative Senior CareSM as they explain "Care3 Wellness programs help minimize the effects of aging by providing treatments promoting functional independence, improving overall health and techniques for preventing pain and disability."
Innovative Senior Living, Inc. http://www.innovativeseniorliving.com/ - an assisted living facility in Tucson Az. They have what they call Innovative Neighborhoods featuring home, healthcare, and hospitality as cornerstones that may Innovative Senior Living special (to paraphrase text from their Website). They create these innovative neighborhoods with upscale assisted living homes in an attractive neighborhood setting, as noted on their site.
There are numerous companies and
organizations that have a focus on innovative senior living and
doing a simple search on Google.com will present a long list to
view. The two organizations above listed high in the Google.com
search conducted for this quick snapshot review.

There are a wide variety of support organizations and groups available to caregivers. You owe it to yourself (or to a caregiver you are acquainted with). Be sure to include in your search effort support groups such as:
Alzheimer's disease support groups
Groups that help caregivers cope with the stress and groups that provide breaks for caregivers
Chronic illness support groups
Groups to help caregivers and those receiving the care deal with depression
Groups providing the needed spiritual support
Volunteer support groups
Work - life support progra
Government Elder Care Services - be sure to include in your search, the extensive support and services provided by government (local and national) organizations. Here's a few examples:

Senior Citizens' Resources - USA.gov government "...resources for seniors on money, housing, health, consumer protection, and more"
Administration on Aging (AOA) - Dept. of Health & Human Services, AOA.gov; and announced on April 16, 2012, a new organization within the Department of Health & Human Services was formed, the "Administration for Community Living” (ACL). The ACLagency has been charged "...with the goal of increasing access to community supports and full participation, while focusing attention and resources on the unique needs of older Americans and people with disabilities" as noted on their Website. http://www.hhs.gov/acl/
Guide to long term care planning - a free guide provided by NCPC, National Care Planning Council
